From my first personal coaching session with Will, we got on really well and developed a very good connection.
He was really understanding and knew where I was coming from in my thinking. In between sessions, he would set me achievable tasks that weren’t daunting.

I first met Will when I went into rehab and I think at that point I was drinking 4 bottles of wine a day after a relationship breakdown after 10 years and I didn't want to get out of bed.
I didn't want to see anyone, I didn't want to interact with anybody and will encourage me to try and find some hope in my life.
And I took a course. I took a course with Oxford Genie. I gained greater skills in cybersecurity and I created a whole new career and a whole new world for myself. It was really weird. I had to get rid of most of my friends at the time because my friends kind of knew me as the party going fun girl.
It doesn't mean I'm not now. I just kind of live life a little bit differently.
Well, it took a lot of time out and we'd meet and we talk about objectives and goals and what I actually wanted to achieve in life.
So it was more about flipping it on its head and stopping feeling so sorry for myself and starting to think about what I wanted in life. And that's kind of where I'm at now. I have a new career, I have a new social circle, I've moved house, I've changed. I think one thing Will said to me, if something isn't working, change everything and I did, and that's the best advice I think I've ever had in my life and that's where I'm at now.

I seeked out Will's coaching sessions when I was at a very low and uncertain point of my life, as I had just left education to seek out an ADHD diagnosis. While I was on a long waiting list, I struggled with a lot of self-doubt, burnout, issues in my personal relationships, and past traumas.
I felt like I wasn't enough and was unsure if I could ever be enough. Will helped me with gaining confidence again, embracing this part of my life as a transitional period to reflect, work on myself, rest and heal. Throughout our coaching sessions we did a lot of inner child work and he helped me to draw boundaries and solve conflicts with people around me.
As the coaching came to an end, I felt that my past was finally behind me, I started to heal, my current life was balanced and I felt hopeful and capable to face my future. I have since recieved ADHD treatment and I am happier than ever, but it wouldn't be this way if it wasn't for Will's guidance.
